Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders placed directly from our website.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
Because Daily Win products are consumable, opened items are generally not eligible for return. If you received a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email our team with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once we review the issue, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@drinkdw.com with your order number, reason for the return and any applicable photos. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Certain promotional or discounted items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return.
