Ingredient
Coconut Water Powder
Coconut water powder is coconut water with the water removed. In Daily Win it adds potassium and a light, natural sweetness, and it is the only source of the 3g of total sugars in each serving.
01
What coconut water powder is
Coconut water is the clear liquid inside young green coconuts. It naturally contains potassium, smaller amounts of sodium and magnesium, and some naturally occurring sugars. Drying it into a powder makes it shelf stable and easy to measure into a scoop.
Fresh coconut water varies a lot from coconut to coconut, and it tends to be much higher in potassium than sodium. That is why Daily Win does not rely on coconut water alone for electrolytes.
02
What it does in Daily Win
Each scoop contains 3.35g of coconut water powder. Together with potassium chloride, it supplies the 334mg of potassium per serving.
Pairing it with 1,000mg of sodium from ancient sea salt creates a 3:1 sodium-to-potassium ratio designed to support hydration and electrolyte replenishment.
It also contributes the 3g of total sugars per serving. There is 0g of added sugar, and stevia is the only sweetener.
03
Coconut water powder vs drinking coconut water
Research comparing coconut water with sports drinks has not shown it to be more hydrating than other fluids. It is best thought of as a useful potassium source, not a stand-alone hydration solution.
A scoop of Daily Win gives you a consistent, labeled amount of sodium, potassium, and magnesium every time, which a carton of coconut water cannot promise.
